ALL RATES IN U.S. DOLLARS PER 100 LBS.

• Customs Formalities ---  $90.00 per shipment.
• Add  $300.00 flat charge (if packed in steamship container) for container drayage.
• All rates in U.S. Dollars per net 100 lbs. (minimum 6.5 lbs/cu.ft.)
• Although rates are current as of publications date and no increase is anticipated during remainder of the year, they are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates indicated are for normal destination delivery services at ground floor.  Additional charges for long carry, heavy lift, etc. will apply. Confirm by Fax.

• Rates do not include any additional charges for customs duty, pier storage, demurrage, port fees or other charges beyond the control of Davidson Forwarding Company.  Such charges are for account of shipper or owner.
• Rates applicable for commercial shipments via pier/airport at Baltimore only.  For rates from other ports/airports, contact by Fax or E-mail for rates.
• Rates do not apply for U.S. Military shipments.
• Rates do not include applicable FSC for LCL shipments.

• Show ultimate delivery address (residence).
• Advise client they must contact DFC immediately upon arrival in the United States (within 48 hours) or be certain to provide a mailing address and telephone number where they (or their representative) can be contacted.  We can take no actions to clear customs or deliver the goods without contact from the client or their representative.
• In order to clear customs, the owner of the goods must sign a completed U.S. Customs form 3299.  In addition the Supplementary Declaration and a Customs Power of Attorney must be executed.  These forms must either be included with the shipping documents or mailed to him upon arrival for signature and return to us by mail.  Delays in receipt of this form frequently results in pier storage charges beyond our control.  U.S. customs documents can be provided in advance.

• Be certain that the documentation includes a detailed inventory (2 copies) in English.  The inventory should relate to the box number, if applicable.
• For items purchased outside the U.S.A., the complete description, date of purchase and cost must be provided.  We suggest a separate list of such items be attached to the standard inventory/packing list.
